Why take Omega XL^® instead of cod liver oil or salmon oil?

Great HealthWorks patented extraction process allows for a higher concentration of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) in Omega XL^® as compared to other fish oils. Concentrations of DHA and EPA will be 60 percent and 70 percent respectively compared to about 10 percent and 5 percent in the raw oil. Studies have shown that the oils found in Omega XL^® are of such a high concentration, that it would take 500 capsules of salmon oil to equal just one capsule of Omega XL^®.

We shall call this last analysis # (1), and the first one # (2)

Now these are supposedly the same mussel oil. Moxxor has deliberately neglected to identify the Omega 3’s in (1), no DHA, EPA etc, but they DO show the Poly Unsaturated (PUFA) and Mono Unsaturated (MUFA) fats, and reading from the analysis we can see they are 50.8 and 16.4 respectively. The units don’t really matter, we can say that there are 3 times more PUFA than MUFA.

Going now to #2 and adding both the PUFA and MUFA, we now see that the PUFA has dropped to 23.1% and the MUFA has risen to 55.9%, ie there are now around 2.5 times the Mono Unsaturated fatty acids than Poly Unsaturated Fats. What this means is that there has been a seven fold change in the relative ratios of the PUFA to the MUFA, all happening on the way to the capsuling plant.

Remember this should be the same oil and have the same profile. What has happened?? Simple, it has been adulterated by a filler, four parts of a plant based lipid has been added to one part of the mussel oil.

The advantages of this argument is we don’t need to rely on any assumptions, however valid they may be. We simply use Moxxor’s own figures all the way through.

Anecdotally this ties in perfectly with what we know. The DHA levels are low, Linoleic acid has suddenly shot up as has the Oleic, both components of Olive Oil.

Need to mention, that MOXXOR changed SCIENCE and RESEARCH pages …and now reffering to articles mostly.

#10 *MOXXOR* Rocks or Sucks? still Not DSA.org member!

THis is 10th message-reminding to MOXXOR, what we thinking should be started to solve.

In the next few weeks, MOXXOR will celebrate 1 year.

They organising big conference called Moxxor Rocks.

But at the same time group of distributors and some GLM industry experts are shouting about rude behavior and claims.

This time news from sponsors which received info, that MOXXOR still not member of DSA.org (Direc Selling Organisation) therefore their  complaints were not processed.

We recommend all distributors cancel autoships and in this way have some holidays while giving MOXXOR time to react  in what should be done!

#8 Top ORAC value? Antioxidant felacy

Hello, Moxxor people,

Internet is loaded with companies, which claim about  best ORAC values.  Moxxor joined this race.

We want to share where they fail. And why claims are unhonest or is not full truth.

Top product man of Moxxor, Jeremy Harris, nicely talks about DHA and EPA felacy ( big numbers made using extraction and constration, fail to do job.  And of course it’s plenty examples, when rafinated products become even poison, while in raw state they bring benefit ( sugar, salt,  in this case Moxxor is probably most raw state of Omega-3).

So why Moxxor are silent with ORAC felacy?   Let’s see in  http://moxxor.com/faq.aspx

They compare ORAC values  of natural fruits (mangosteen, acai, goji) with Grape Seed extract. But can they work so efectively as in raw fruit?     Isn’t  MOXXOR  silent with antioxidant FELACY, while shouting about other companies DHA and EPA felacy ?
